ABOUT THE BRUSSELS GRIFFON

Brussels Griffons are highly intelligent dogs with an exceptional ability to connect with their owners. They are deeply affectionate and thrive on attention, making them devoted companions. As true house dogs, they prefer being indoors with their family, and they get along well with other dogs and even cats.

Energetic and playful, Griffons make excellent hiking companions and enjoy active playtime but they are not "high energy" dogs by any means. Once they've had their fun, they are happiest curling up as close to their owner as possible. They literally will follow you wherever you go, often curling up at your feet if you stop for any length of time. Their intelligence and eagerness to please make them relatively easy to train, but leash training should begin early in short, positive sessions to ensure success.

A sturdy and long-lived breed, Brussels Griffons typically enjoy a lifespan of 10 to 15 years. And let's face it - their expressive, almost human-like faces make them truly endearing and absolutely irresistible!
